1. About these terms
Artifactonus is the trading name used by the sole proprietor who owns and operates the service. In these terms, “Artifactonus,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or organization using the service.
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using Artifactonus, you agree to these terms. If you use Artifactonus for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
Artifactonus is a business-to-business software service for identifying revenue opportunities, preparing and sending recovery communications, and recording related outcomes. Features may depend on connected third-party services and the plan shown at checkout.
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features over time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid functionality during a current billing period and to give notice of material changes where reasonably practicable.
3. Accounts and customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for ensuring that users you invite are authorized to access its information.
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and quality of data submitted to Artifactonus, including CRM records, contact details, and recovery messages. You must have all rights and lawful grounds needed to process that data and contact recipients.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Artifactonus to:
- break any law, regulation, sanctions rule, or third-party right;
- send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, or unlawful marketing;
- upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security controls;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service;
- access another customer’s data or account without permission; or
- resell or sublicense the service unless we agree in writing.
You are responsible for honoring opt-outs and applicable email, privacy, and direct-marketing requirements.
5. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Current plans include a 14-day free trial unless checkout expressly states otherwise. A valid payment method may be required to begin a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the selected paid monthly plan and renews automatically until canceled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle also processes payment, applicable taxes, receipts, renewals, cancellations, and approved refunds. Your transaction is subject to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms. Prices and taxes presented at checkout control in the event of a discrepancy.
You may cancel at any time through the billing management link in Artifactonus or the link supplied by Paddle. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the 14-day trial expires. Cancellation does not itself create a refund right. See our Refund Policy.
6. Customer data and privacy
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not acquire ownership of your CRM records, contacts, recovery messages, or business outcomes. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of data you need outside Artifactonus.
7. Intellectual property
Artifactonus and its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to the service operator. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your organization’s internal business purposes.
Feedback may be used to improve Artifactonus without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
8. Third-party services
Integrations such as HubSpot, Paddle, Resend, Supabase, and Vercel are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect particular Artifactonus features. You may disconnect optional integrations at any time, subject to their own controls.
9. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, and third-party outages may affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artifactonus is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties not expressly stated here.
Artifactonus provides workflow and decision-support tools. It does not guarantee recovery of revenue, receipt of replies, or any financial or commercial result, and it is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the subscription fees paid for the affected workspace during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue. We may act immediately when necessary to protect users, data, or legal compliance.
You may stop using the service and cancel the subscription at any time. Ending access does not erase payment obligations already incurred. Data may be retained or deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by law.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised version here and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
For Artifactonus buyer support or questions about these terms, email support@artifactonus.com or call +380961365704. For a purchase, charge, cancellation, or refund question, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net.
