1. Paddle handles payments and refunds
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for Artifactonus subscriptions. Paddle processes charges, applicable taxes, receipts, cancellations, and refunds. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the applicable Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms, and mandatory law.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer or statutory rights. Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, that law controls.
2. Free trial
Current Artifactonus plans include a 14-day free trial. A payment method may be required when the trial begins. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the selected paid plan and recurring monthly charges begin.
You can avoid the first subscription charge by canceling before the trial expires. The exact trial end and next billing date shown in your billing account or Paddle communication control.
3. Monthly renewal and cancellation
Artifactonus subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel through the billing management link in Artifactonus, the management link in your Paddle receipt or subscription email, or Paddle buyer support.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and future renewals stop. You may continue using paid features through the effective cancellation date unless access is suspended for another reason. Canceling does not automatically refund charges already paid or unused time in a billing period.
4. Refund eligibility
Except where required by applicable law or Paddle’s policies, transactions are generally non-refundable. Paddle reviews eligible and discretionary refund requests, including requests involving statutory withdrawal rights, duplicate or unauthorized charges, and material technical defects, under its then-current policy.
A request does not guarantee approval. Paddle may consider transaction timing, use of the service, the reason for the request, technical evidence, and applicable law. We do not promise blanket, automatic, or prorated refunds.
5. Technical problems
If a persistent technical problem materially prevents access to the service as described, contact the Artifactonus support channel shown in your account or service communications first so we can investigate. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may submit the relevant details to Paddle for refund review. This does not reduce any rights provided by law.
6. How to request a refund
For Artifactonus buyer support, email support@artifactonus.com or call +380961365704.
Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle email, follow the billing management link in Artifactonus, or visit paddle.net and select the refund or order-support option. Paddle may request the transaction number and the email address used for purchase.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle, generally to the original payment method where possible. Artifactonus does not ask customers to send payment-card details by email and does not issue off-platform refunds.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when billing practices, Paddle policies, or applicable law changes. The version posted when a transaction occurs applies subject to Paddle’s terms and mandatory law.
